- Water meter timers must be unused, in original packaging, and include all original accessories (manuals, warranty cards, etc.).
- Final sale items (clearly marked as such) are not eligible for return.

- Ship the item(s) back using your preferred carrier (see Section 3 for shipping details).
2. Refund Processing Time
We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible, but please note the following timelines:
- Standard Refunds (Non-PayPal Payments):
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. - PayPal Refunds:
Due to PayPal’s processing policies, refunds may take at least 14 days, and in some regions, up to 30 days (as required by local laws).
Please allow additional time for bank processing if you paid via credit/debit card.
3. Return Shipping Costs
To ensure a fair return policy for all customers, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
